Question 1

How do I get started with SociaLover?

Accepted Answer

Create your account, then choose a plan or a credit top-up. Head to Studio Image or Studio Video: every tool shows its price in credits before you launch it.

Question 2

What are tokens and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Tokens are the credits used to generate AI content. Each tool costs a different number of tokens depending on complexity. Free accounts receive a monthly token allowance, and Pro accounts get a much higher limit.

Question 3

What image formats does the Creative Designer support?

Accepted Answer

The Creative Designer supports PNG, JPG, and WebP exports across any custom dimension or preset format including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Question 4

Why is my background not fully removed?

Accepted Answer

SociaLover's Background Remover works best with high-contrast images that have a clear subject. Complex backgrounds with colors similar to the subject may need manual refinement with the eraser tool. You can re-run the tool for a cleaner cut-out, or use batch mode to process several images at once and download them as a ZIP.

Question 5

How long can my UGC videos be?

Accepted Answer

Each video is generated as a short clip (typically 4 to 10 seconds, depending on the model). To go longer, chain clips into a sequence with Series or Long Video Frame. Token cost scales with the clip length and the model you choose.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.

Question 7

Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?

Accepted Answer

Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend using tokens before your cycle ends.

Question 8

What is Workflow Pro?

Accepted Answer

Workflow Pro is a node-based automation builder that lets you chain multiple AI tools together. You can create custom pipelines that process images and generate content automatically.

Question 9

What AI models power SociaLover?

Accepted Answer

SociaLover connects to leading AI models for both images and videos. Studio Image tools generate and edit with models such as Google Gemini and FLUX, while Studio Video tools use models like Google Veo, Kling, and Seedance. You choose the model per tool, and the token cost depends on the model you select.

Question 10

Can I apply my brand kit automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Save your brand colors, fonts, and logo in Brand Kit, and SociaLover reuses them across Studio Image and Studio Video so every ad stays on-brand. You can update your brand kit at any time and the changes apply to future generations.

Question 11

What is Ad Library?

Accepted Answer

Ad Library is SociaLover's built-in search for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. You can browse and search real ads that advertisers are running to research angles, hooks, and creative trends, then use those insights to brief your own AI-generated ads in Studio Image and Studio Video.
