Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service set out the terms and conditions that govern your use of the services provided by SociaLover AI SAS, including:

• The AI-assisted advertising content creation platform
• The image and video generation tools
• The campaign analysis and optimization services
• Access to premium features through a subscription

To access SociaLover's services, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete information.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information when you register
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian

SociaLover offers different subscription tiers with a range of features. Full details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

Prohibited uses:

• Generating illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others
• Using the services for spam or phishing
• Bypassing security measures or technical limitations
• Reselling or redistributing the services without authorization
• Creating content depicting minors or extreme violence

Generated content: You retain the rights to the content you create with our tools, provided you comply with these terms.

License to use: By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content as part of our services.

SociaLover platform: All elements of our platform (code, design, AI algorithms) remain the exclusive property of SociaLover AI SAS.

Payments are handled by our partner Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Automatic charges on the billing cycle you choose (monthly/yearly)
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel beforehand
• Displayed prices include any applicable sales tax
• Invoices are available in your account area

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid unit of usage, not electronic money. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded once consumed.
• A credit is consumed when a generation is launched. If a generation fails on our side or on the AI provider's side, the credits are automatically returned to the balance they were taken from.
• Monthly plan credits are granted for the current billing period and are not cumulative beyond one additional period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while the account is open.
• When you move to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately: a new billing period starts, you are charged the full price of the new plan minus a credit for the unused time of the previous one, and you receive the full allowance of the new plan. Unused credits from the previous period are not added on top.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, the corresponding credits are removed from the account. Credits already consumed cannot be recovered and remain due.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

The Services consist of digital content supplied immediately. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. All purchases (credits, packs and subscriptions) are therefore final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory law or granted by SociaLover at its sole discretion.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, credits already granted remain usable until they are exhausted; only the renewal stops. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and permanently erases your data and remaining credits.

SociaLover reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without notice or refund.

SociaLover provides its services "as is". We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the previous 12 months.
